Hello, I need opinions. My SEO Clients want to build a brand in search engine (especially on Google). Many profitable keywords sat on the first page, but very few number of clicks.

From my observations, from 4500 view (according to google webmaster) only get 75 clicks.

What should I do? should i changed the descriptions?

thanks in advance.

If you want to become brand then your main AIM should be "Press Releases" and use the best one PRWeb!

If your news are there in Google News/Yahoo News on frequent basis then you can think about your brand.

If you use it on consistent basis then you can expect good branding for your site!

Just my 2 cents!

Gloom,

If you click through rates are low, have you tried changing the content in URL's, Title tags and meta descriptions. These are the only marketing a page will get in organic results so you have to maximize your opportunity.

Also, the average position of the site in SERP's can also affect its click through rate. Are the pages with keywords you are targeting for your client showing up in top spots or on the first page at all? I would try improving these things first and you should get more clicks on organic links.

Here is an interesting write-up on organic stats concerning click through rates,

Hope that helps you,
