you don't check the real backlinks in the stat tabs. you have to do it in YAHOO or Google itself.
the one that shows in the stat tabs are the ones that embedded your videos

YouTube is picky and doesn't show every embeded link. Even when they are less than five.
Could have something to do with crawling the link host site.

Yes, youtube picks up embeded links but its limited.. i noticed that yt limits to show off linkbacks after a N x.
