Building backlinks to a new site... without any visitors?!

I just had a thought so here it is...

So, if you build a brand new website you obviously have no visitors.

Then, you buy some backlinks to boost up your SERP.

Wouldn't google look at this as "unnatural" as your site is building backlinks without actual traffic to it initially.

or should i not even worry about this....?

You shouldn't worry about it.
If you don't build links no one will EVER find your site.
Technically everything is pretty much unnatural though.

i've done it a few times, did quiet good job, already on page 1 and 2

First you shoud ping your website ! You can use PINGOMATIC for this ! After the site gets indexed in google you should start building backlinks ! That's what I do for every website of mine and I don't have any problems with it . Cheers
