Instead of building links directly for my money site, I'm building backlinks to a 301 redirect domain to hide my backlinks from competitors.
(I know if my competitors uses Ahrefs or Majestic for my money site, they are able to see this 301 redirect domain. But it is another step that competitors have to do to find my backlinkstrategy)

For some projects in the past I built backlinks directly for my money site, and after 1 month I was able to see some results.

I'm building backlinks to this 301 redirect domain for 2 months and I didn't see any result yet.

I read that both link juice + keywords are passed in a 301 redirect (with just a little loss).

But anyone have done this strategy? Is it slower to see the results? It works?

It should work. But why don't you build a real site or at least PBN on this domain, and then build link to it, using it as a pumper site, laundering premise? Much better in any way than dumb 301.
