Up to now, it listens to posts by your accounts, and retweets, likes and comments on them, it also finds keywords for your niche, and likes and comments on that post, also has a option to follow your accounts with your other accounts

What language are you coding it in?
Power to you, for going the opensource route. Put the code up on Git or something for people to contribute to the project.

Yep, that is possible, I can allow user custom defined url shortner, adfly etc

It's written in c#, it will be going on Git as soon as it's got a few more features.
