Building an interior design business

Hi all, I guess this is not the typical Black Hat approach(?) but I plan on making my own interior design studio. I'm good at designing, 3D-CGI and probably creative enough. I already started making some unique furnitore in 3D. My initial idea is to build that website, market it using some guides from here and see if there is a demand. Probably a waiting list where they can leave their email address. If the demand is high enough I'm gonna check where I can get the furniture build and crafted. I want to focus on unique designs that go for higher prices. Not mass production or so.

I'm not looking for quick and easy money. This is more of a side project to learn 3D rendering, fun being creative and see where it goes.

Still may I ask if you have any advices, experiences, etc. to help me realizing this idea? Thanks!

Here's 2 things I would do.

1) I would throw up WooCommerce on a domain and start uploading my own products. Make sure you mention the words "custom furniture near me" or "custom furniture + city" somewhere on the webpage. This is important for step 2.

2) Add a Google My Business listing.

I just did a quick Google search and was able to find loads of good keywords.

So, what exactly do you want to sell? The design, or the products (furniture)? Because that will need a different approach.
