Building an email list

    I'm trying to build a list in the MMO niche through PPC and since Adwords doesn't allow ads in the MMO niche, I've decided to use Yahoo/Bing. My question is, where can I buy ad vouchers and use them repeatedly without yahoo/bing finding out? I don't want to spend a fortune on building my list...

    Pay Per View is probably better for building a list.
