I am trying to build an email list with people interested in weight loss. Any tips or resources you guys recommend?

Why not scrap instagram influences accounts which are related to weight loss keyword ?. Which might cost you much lesser compared to google ads unless your dealing with threshold accounts.

I don't have experience with sending e-mails to not opt-in email list. Do you have any resources I could checkout? Thanks anyway for the input

To send emails to a list without opt-in, you'll need to clean your list first.

Build your own smtp server or servers or use a software that allows you to send from multiple Gmail accounts.
