Building an automatic email generator GUI.

I have built a database that can generate email addreses automatically. Aproximately 75% of the emails actually work. I have the generator hosted on my website and it runs with PHP. I would like to turn this into a full fledged program, that is portable and easy to install. Something that doesn't need to be online to run. If any of you programers want to team up with me, I would be really happy. I can't pay, but once the program is made we can sell it for cash. So I'm looking for a partner basically. I know how to program, but don't have any GUI experience. Please let me know even if you just want to point me in another direction.
