I think there is a plugin for wordpress for TUBE sites or something that makes your site look like redtube or something. you should look for it.

Wordpress tube sites are incredibly slow. If you have any coding skills i'de get a less resource intensive admin control panel.
It's worth spending some time to learn something like asp.net or php/html/css

But for a quick and simple solution a wordpress plugin would work, ide just advise against it. Your server will also be able to handle much more traffic running a lighter site.
