Building A Youtube Strategy 2019

First off I don't want to confuse people with all the nonsense. As best as I can I will point out the wrong info. My goal here is to figure out how to get to the top of any Keyword with traffic. I feel that there is a lot of money out here for everyone, with the help of everyone.

So I'll start off with this.

I've read people say that you need a consistent flow HR Views instant however its a contradiction statement because I could find no panel that sends HR Views at the very moment that you purchase them. So I moved forward with purchasing HR Views and waiting for them to come in (some smm panels take 6+ hours to deliver). Just to see if the video would rank for any Keyword at all. Facts are from studies of VidIQ that with just views alone I can rank and stay ranked for keywords with little to no traffic with just HR views.

Switching gears. After reading many blog post most people say that youtube focus on HR Views alone to rank views to the top of Keywords. Focusing more of the attention on the word "watch time". Reading a lot of information on BHW I got confused because people posted saying that you need a mixture of Likes, Comments and Shares. I can't believe that because I posted another video on youtube and sent HR views, likes, comments and shares. No ranking happened from that formula.

I've watched people from my niche go up 1mil views and 50+ Likes and 10+ comments that live where I live and I know they don't have no sort of popularity but somehow understand what youtube need to began to receive organic traffic. Let me add the person in which I'm taking about has not use not one tag and the thumbnail is nothing of clickbait so do anyone have answers?

Well same strategy do not always works you need to make some changes.
Earlier we could just send crap views or send 301 views and video would come on top but now Youtube AI has advanced and read that.

Sending a few engagements and views is just give a little push they wont rank your videos or might rank for some hours but if you videos isnt something that the audience wants or skips out then your videos will drop from the chart.

And the video about which you are talking that has received 1 mln+ views and has 50+ likes I would like to see that it possible.
