Building a Traffic Campaign

So I am looking to get back into IM it has been a while since I was in it. I am looking at doing a few different sites with reselling traffic/fb fans, CB affiliate, adsense, and amazon affiliate integration as well. These are all varied over the accounts, each will be in different niches. So obviously the traffic should be targeted to each niche whether it's purchasing a mass forum post by xrumer or something on appropriate niche forums? Backlinks on web 2.0 stuff and social marketing? Buying articles having them spun and submitted?

Not sure if backlinking, articles, forum spamming, or what is the way to go here.

Just really looking for a good traffic campaign blueprint I guess. Really would like to keep it under $100 for the initial amount for each site.

I don't think it would be a good long term plan to backlink your site with a massive amount of forum links and blog comments. This will get you penalized and deindexed pretty fast these days. You should think of creating a link structure (with only good unique backlinks directly to your money page and use your poor link on the 2nd or 3rd link teer) and it would be a great idea to to really put some time into keyword analysis (prior to launch). That will save you a lot of money. Just be carefull where and how you use your Blackhat... IMO
