Building a SEO agency website

What do you think about using a paid Next.js template to build a new SEO agency website, or is it better to start the design from scratch? Considering the factors of money and time, I think I'm going to use a paid template and customize it so it won't be identical to others. What would you do?

Should def use some sort of template or builder these days.
 
Use a paid template and customize it AFTER you start attaining traffic, utilizing heat maps, etc. to see what to change for conversions.
 
If you have the expertise on customization with other's codes then I think going with a paid template is definitely a good choice.
 
Just purchase a well-designed template for WP or Joomla and move along.
 
Use WordPress instead. Also, if you do want to go along with a Next.js template, please keep in mind that you will need coding knowledge for customizing it.
 
Only issue I have with WP is that sometimes theres a bunch of plugins daisey chained together and if one of the links in the chain breaks the entire site can be affected. So i would suggest using something more static unless you absolutely must have a database

Considering factors of money and time that will be better to use the WordPress paid template. You'll have to had some coding experience or spend some money on devs using the NextJS
