Building a link building

I'm looking into installing a link building on my property, from my back yard door to the garage where my Jag and Motorcycle are kept.

Has anyone built one of these? I want it to eastially be part of my home, I am not interested in no plastic roof lean to

Anyone got any plans? Will I need planning permission?
