Building a Fanpage

Hi guys, I'd like to say thank you to the bhw community for sharing so much insights and help over the past few years to me. I've got a question, I'd like to make FB pages that really get high thousands of likes. I do have my chosen topics but what I'd like to know from successful fb page owners is the following:

- what do you do to encourage more likes?
- How much posts do I need per day?
- What kind of contents get more likes?

What I've done so far is the following:

- AMF to build numbers
- added feeds of related blogs to produce content
- added some like this post, if you like this picture kind of thing?

Wow man, this is a big question

Serch "fan page" on BHW serch and you will find lots of cool methods.
I can only advise you to keep it clean and share good and viral content.
Stay away from fake fans.

Dude you've been a member since 2010.. would have thought you would have learnt by now that searching the forum you would find your answers.. the reason i say this, is because if you literally scroll down the first/second page of this category you will find tips on building pages.

Offer incentives or freebies for people when liking your page. Try and get posts to go viral.

I'd say 1-2 at most per day. Work out the best time to post (i.e. when Peak activity online is) so that as many people as possible see your message and it can have a greater chance of going viral with likes/etc

Photos work really well.

@rotem @teamunique oh it's that I didnt search for fanpage building but there really isn't much that I saw when I looked for it. I didnt see your thread on your journey teamunique, I might have missed it or didnt come out in my searches.

You guys said content, but what sort of content would get lots of likes? What I've seen is a contraversial image with a line that says like to say yes or something. And another one is just cute / funny / weird images. Anything else you guys can recommend?

Thank you for that, is it safe to use images from other websites? What sort of incentives or freebies can I give to fans if I'm halfway around the world?

Its pretty safe to use images from other websites, im pretty sure almost every person with a fan page doesnt create ALL there own pics. Just go to a site like 9gag for some good funny pictures, see whats trending and use it to your advantage.

Oh wow rotem and teamunique, thank you guys. I wish I had read your threads a while back, it's really not showing on my searches. Thank you both for sharing that with me and all in bhw.

I've started to trim and add quality contents and started scheduling too. I also learned not to share links, as I thought it was gonna help me. I'm continuing my journey and hope to learn more from you guys.

Guys, about scheduling updates, is it really good to do every 2 hours when starting? Do you also recommend Addmefast for more likes?
