Trustpilot isn't using any fancy code.
All you have to do is install a blank WordPress and add a votes plugin. For example a free plugin "Responsive Poll"
Just publish reviews you want and add polls so users could vote.
For new product submissions just allow creating accounts at your blog. Let them submit articles for review.
Now all you'll have to do is manually review new submissions and add your own reviews.
