Building a Dialer

Hello Blackhat,

I am in need of a dialer that can dial from a third party list. This dialer will be used to cold call residents and needs to be able to recognize and/or block numbers on the DNC List.

Please let me know if anyone can be of assistance,

Bit off topic but I was woken up last night around 1am with this kind of dialer, somebody tried to fax me something on my land.

Our service at smsdock.com might be able to do something like this with a few modifications. We can already mass call numbers with a prerecorded message. Is that kind of what you are looking to do?
