Building a 100k Facebook Group

Hey guys,

As the title says I'm working on building a 100k Facebook group. This thread is simply to track my own progress. I plan on building a youtube channel and promote it within the group but that'll be later on in the future.

What I have so far...

As of now, I have a 300k Facebook page in the "Babes" niche that I've been using to promote my private group.

My private group currently has 20,748 members and just last night I created a public group that has 543 members.

I've been growing my private group with posts on my fanpage wall and story and then drip-feeding the members into my public group with a pinned post in my private group. Although I have 300k fans I noticed that the amount of new members coming in daily is starting to slow down.

My next idea was to start reaching out to other groups/pages but so far I haven't had luck finding any.

Any questions feel free to ask! also any suggestions would be greatly accepted.

20k already? smooth process for growth

Are you only focusing on using cross-promoting between other groups thru outreach and using your 300k page?

strictly used my 300k page If anyone here is interested in doing an s4s I would be more then happy to.

Update

For some reason, Facebook deleted my public group not really surprised however nothing bad was posted inside of it. I'm assuming one of the competitors reported it or something. There were no warnings, no messages that it was gone no nothing.

My private group grew to 20,826

How do you grow your groups?

Can you please share the easiest way to grow any group easily & fast?

I also partnered with a Czech Republic model that I’m building a fan page for. Just started that project tonight her page is sitting at 130 fans

like I stated before I’m using my 300k Facebook page to advertise my group. If you don’t gave a page I would suggest paying a large page to advertise it for you. Eventually it will start to grow organically as people invite there friends to join. Mines just starting to grow with invites. I like to tell my members to help support my group by inviting people and they generally do
