Build Tier 1 for multiple keywords ?

Hello,
I want to build tier 1 with web2.0 websites for multiple keywords. I have done with one keyword before, posting articles on 10-12 web 2.0 blogs with backlink to my website. But this time I have multiple keywords to link back to my website.

So is it ok to create one article for each keyword on the same web 2 blog and link back to my inner pages ?
For example main keyword is 'party planning ideas', other keywords would be party planning for kids, surprise party, party planning for pet.
So, can I write three different articles on the same blog and link back to my three different pages(related) or should I create different web 2.0 blog and write article for each keyword and link back ?

Do I have to find different web 2 properties or I can use the same Web 2.0 property for different keywords ?
For example, 1 wordpress blog for one article, one keyword - keyword1.wordpress.com
another wordpress blog for another article, second keyword - keyword2.wordpress.com

or 1 wordpress blog for one article, first keyword - keyword1.wordpress.com
1 blogger for second keyword - keyword2.blogspot.com

1 keyword per web 2.0.

You may want to use different articles for different keywords.
