It depends on your content though. But doing keyword research to know the kind of English content to post will help. Basically, I'm in Nigeria, so I do target keywords on post about US, so it can be possible for you too.

Then you can use Google Trends or Google Autosuggest. Though for Google Autosuggest, it'll give you suggestions based on your location (what people are searching for in your region), but Google Trends will give you overview of what you need.
