Build my website

Hi, I'm looking for a website that will be similar to 'e L u n a.com' (remove spaces)
The website should have same features, just a much better design, something like pickmonitor.com (like the color scheme and buttons)
The website would need a dedicated admin panel for adding restaurants, auctions, etc.
please review the example site for all of its features before sending me your quote.

I am looking for the someone who could offer the whole thing (coding+design) and you must have recent websites that you can show me.
