Build me an Instagram scraper [Exact directions in post]

Hello, I'm looking for a python scraper that does the following:

1. Takes in a keyword. I.e "Health & Fitness"
2. Runs a "[Keyword] site: Instagram.*" on Google search API. So for this example: "Health & Fitness site: Instagram.*"
3. Make sure it's a valid instagram account (I.e don't get anything from instagram.com/explore).
4. Then scrape each account's bio for the email (also be willing to do other stuff as the demand expands)

I would like this to be pretty lightweight (no unnecessary libraries).
