how to search .edu profile links ? on google and can we make payments for sick submitter?

If you have scrapebox you can use "site:.edu "powered by wordpress" as a custom footprint to find .edu blogs.

Is it possible to find .gov and .edu sites related to a specific keyword?
IF I enter i.e. "acne" in the search bar, can I expect to get a list of sites related to this keywords.

The tool seems to list a max of 70 sites, how to get more sites?

Once you have the list, you have to make a post, is there a tool to do that automatically?
