Build Instagram bot and grow accounts

Hello

In my Journey i would like to show how i build a bot ti Instagram, and paralell, when i am ready with some function, how can i growing some accounts. I am in the start right now, but i am motivated. :)

I hope, this journey thread keep my motivated also, so i can show here some good results.

I am using .net + c#

What i have got right now.:

- A win VPS /a cheap one, but its ok for testing/
- Some new insta accs.
- I made an instagram bulk downloader, so the content not problem right now.:)
- I made an instagram ID scraper /right now, my program, doesn't have any function the work with IDs/

And What i working for now, a simple automatic poster. It is ready, and i will start the testing today.

Features right now.:

Image posting, random time, and using hashtags from list randomly. Thats all. :)

Account followers right now.: 0

I am testing it right now only one account.

So, whats happend in the weekend

In really, not soo much. I tested the automatic posting function. I found a bug, i fixed.

Right now, the account have got 9 followers.

I am building the "follow" function. ;)

Just a small update. the posting function working fine, and it randomize the time between the posts, so looks like more "human". I don't know right now, why, but my posts not really in the hashtag feed, but some people can find them, i had some new followers day by day.

I am working right now, the follow and unfollow function. Right now i am really motivated. ;)
 
So,

I rewrite the full image phost function, and i am working on the follow, like, comment section.

I give a try to Private API, we will see. :)
 
What caption do you put? All same?
How many images do you post per day?

I am using only hashtags in the caption. I have got stored circa 30 hashtags and i generate individual every post from 7 to 15 pieces from the list. So the order, the hashtags, and others all the time different from the same list.

I posted circa 20 per day. All go randomly time between 45 minutes to 2 hours.

this is really great! wish u could release the bot publicly in future for BHW

Just a small update.

I didn't have enough time to work on my program on the last days. I make a little bit better my image scraper/downloader, and my user scraper.

I worked a little bit, on my image poster app, we will see, how will work across the weekend.
 
Hello, here again.:) A bad news, i was in hopital, the good news, right now, everithing good. :)

So, i worked a little bit, and this is what i made.:

image scraper - ready and working

user id scraper - ready and working

media id scraper - ready and working

Image post function - ready and working

follow and unfollow- ready and working

like post- ready and working

comment post- ready and working

So this functions are ready and working all in individual. So right now, i should put this all together, and i should find a good solution about the randomly doing functions. i am working on it. ;)
 
Hail. I am here again. I don't really have enough time to working on this project. BUT, i am doing, and step by step i am closing to my goal. All of the features what i wanted in the first round, its working perfectly.

Right now, i am working on the system, how can run the features after by after. My first goal, its looks like more human. So randomly, the times, randomly switches between the functuions, like "liking", "following" and so on. I have an idea in my mind.

I just learn it from tutorials, books, and vids. I didn't learn it in any school.
