Hello,
I have a Keyword with 880 Monthly Searches.
This keyword contains the word "Best" as well.
Difficulty is 12 (keyword revealer)

Please tell me Is it worth to build a website for this keyword?

I don't see a reason why not. But if it is a very small item (worth a very little amount of money, like an ebook) then it is not. Make sure the minimum cost of the items are 25$, the more the better. Then you can make some actual commissions. I hope this helps.
