is there any wordpress theme like Nasty Gal dot com if not how much should i expect to pay for someone to build me a site that models it? thanks

I don't know about same wp theme. I am 90% sure, that the site is created with magento.

it's definitely a shopping cart script of some kind. Not sure it's Magento, but it could be. I couldn't tell by viewing the source, but then again, I'm not familiar with every shopping cart out there.

This site isn't running wordpress. But you should check out woothemes. They have some similar to this that you could probably even modify to fit your needs. A custom theme like the one you mentioned might be pricey.

They're running on WebLinc which appears to be a lessor known eCommerce Platform. I can't post links but use Builtwith Dot Com to find out what platforms/techs companies are running on their sites
