I need someone to build me a simple macro for Chrome that can run in the background and do the following loop on Yahoo Mail:

I need someone to build me a simple macro for Chrome that can run in the background and do the following loop on Yahoo Mail:
- Accessing Google Sheet with the following columns:
Subject, Email, Message, Status - Go to Yahoo Mail, Compose new email.
- Paste an email address from "Email" into "To".
- Paste from "Subject: into "Subject".
- Paste from "Message" into message.
- Click "Send". Type "1" in "Status".
- Wait some time.
You can use Chrome extension for that or whatever is your solution.
