Probably just means that the offer on the UnGagged tickets is going to end soon, in five days I think, and is asking if anyone would be willing to be a part of a group of four which would make the said group of fair eligible for the discounted price.
If not then I have absolutely no clue what he is saying and would recommend a shrink. I know a good one.
