If you’re only running 3 websites in a low competition market, I wouldn’t spend money on a shared Semrush account. Beyond security and reliability concerns, those accounts often get suspended or have usage limits, so you end up relying on someone else’s access.
In your situation, Keysearch is probably the better value. It's okay for keyword research, competitor analysis, rank tracking, and basic backlink analysis for local SEO and low-competition niches. I’ve seen it work fine for European markets, Spain included, as long as you don’t expect enterprise level data depth.
I would advise saving the extra money and investing it into content or quality backlinks. In low-competition SEO, the execution usually matters a lot more than having the most expensive tool.
