Bug report "Notifications: 1"

I have OCD and this has been going on since I started my account, and oh my freaking god it's driving me up the wall. My notifications are always stuck at one, and under it, it displays "1 reputation comment."

It doesn't matter what I do, where I click, I can't view the comment and the notification stays. I've used enough forums to know how to check my reputation comments, this is driving me absolutely nuts.

Can somebody please just get this off of my account.

The reputation system was removed, it's a bug and I don't think there is anything you can do to remove it.
