Let's say I have $200 monthly budget for Facebook ads, is it better to run it for longer and with a smaller daily budget, let's say $5/day for a month, or bigger budget for less days - $20/day for 10 days?

I'd say it would be better to gradually increase your budget as you see what works and what doesn't.

At first start with lower budget, split it and allocate to different adsets, as mentioned above.
When you figure out the most effective ads, raise their budget gradually.

I agree with smaller budgets and multiple ad sets. That way you can find which one converts and scale it
