BuddyPress sensitive/adult content in feed

I am building a site with wordpress and buddypress.
I want to make it so people can post in the feed and check sensitive content and only those that have checked that they want to view sensitive content to see it.

I know there has to be a plugin that does this or an easy edit, but I am not figuring it out.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I already have that but it only allows for feeds to be shown to anyone, logged in, friends, mentions, moderators or only me.
I am wanting to have it so the users can hide sensitive content, like on twitter, parlor etc.
