On the bright side, there are so many wallets like this that are dormant since people forgot the private key.

Without the private key or seed there’s no chance in getting access to that wallet. One of the reasons why BTCs entropy is as secure as it is.

Always back-up your keys!

There is actually nothing you can do if you don't get PK of any wallet (its worthless)
