Of course. Wazirx P2P is just like localbitcoins. You sell your Bitcoin to a normal user in exchange for a bank transfer.

To be honest, I have done lots of transaction in lbc before this year, and never got scammed. However, it does not mean nobody will be scammed there in future. So, beware!

How much are the fees?
To say the truth I didn't checked as i always got more in Rupee than i paid the equal value in BTC.
You need to monitor the sellers.There are very often offers where you get an additional of 3-10% of your BTC value

Coinbase is available in India.
I am not sure if this feature is available though. I've been using Wazirx for everything related to btc buying/selling. And I hold it in Electrum when I don't need to sell it.

You can do this with the help of localbitcoin. Very easy and lot of Indians use it.
