Go out on the street and say " hey, do you know about bitcoin?" and they most likely will say yes
Now do the same thing about ETH 2.0 and I am sure they will say wth is that dude
The thing with bitcoin is that everyone knows about it and it will be harder for people to make the switch
I am not saying that bitcoin will never lose the top position to another coin like Eth 2.0 but it will take a long ass time before it happens
Think of it as boomers still not believing that crypto is not the future and Jada Jada Jada they spent the whole day telling you that bitcoin is a scam and crypto is a scam.....anyway,
there will be crypto "boomers" that still will believe that bitcoin is the ultimate coin even after a better alternative comes out thus slowing down the process of switching to an actually better alternative

Bitcoin is the face of crypto, you go down the road and each what is crypto and they might sat its bitcoin, Brand value like that goes a very long way, most other crypto has a chance surely but not anytime soon, and people don't care about efficiency if they did we would be living in a whole different world.

This is how I personally feel, I do not hold a PHD in anything, I have seen so many companies with first-mover advantage and good branding that makes me very bullish on Bitcoin's future

I have no idea. Things don't seem right that's for sure.

ETH needs just a 100%+ to get the almighty flippening, so.. why not? can happen. but btc will always remain the digital gold and the most important cryptocurrency.

There will be 21 million BTC ever, there are 8 Billion people in the world, do the math!
