Not only in bitcoin but even in the share market you can't wait for a certain point to hit for investing. If you have decided to invest then you should start small amounts and get the best average price otherwise may end up just looking at price movements. It is very hard to predict the price.

You're wrong my bro, for every charts, right at the moment you should always check for best prices to enter the market. Some will reach to that point and some won't, however you will have a best MM strategy in your hand.
