BTC Bot

Hi Everyone out there,

just came across the cryptocurrencies and read a lot these days about it.

I have a question to all the experienced memebers here:

Do you know something about BTC bots. I heard from a friend that it is really easy to install viruses on PC's which can mine for you ... Is that true, how does it work? I found a thread on hackforums but it was from 2013 and in broken english so not sure if that works and how difficult it is. Any kind of infos are appreciated.

They say it's hard to mine BTC these days. I did buy a RAT which had built-in crypto-currency mining section in it. The developer of RAT himself told me to stay away from mining bitcoins. It's not profitable anymore however, he suggested that i should be mining other crypto-currencies (forgot which one) then convert them in BTC. But I've heard many mining pools ban you for having a bigger botnet so i am really not sure if it's profitable or not but yeah just to confirm that kind of thing is true and real.
