BST Sellers: How Fast Did Your First Customer Come In?

For those of you selling services here, how long did it actually take to land your first sale?


Was it instant the moment your BST went live, or did you have to bump it into oblivion, beg for vouches, and pray to the IM gods before someone finally bit?


Just curious because a lot of people think posting a thread = automatic money printer. But I’m guessing for most, that first sale took a little sweat (and maybe a little luck).


Drop your timelines... I’m sure the newbies will thank you (and maybe cry a little).

It depends a lot on your credibility on the forum, what you're selling and your sales copy. Any seller stating their experience here is not going to help you.

It's really more about building trust over time... That helps reduce frictions more : )

trust is the real currency here . Curious though, how long did it take you to build enough trust before that first sale finally landed?
