BST owners STOP doing this NOW

(I waited some time to post this so the BST owner's business isn't directly hurt by my complaint. You know who you are.)

Several weeks ago I bought a service here and filled the order form. I was later greeted by a reply from a "free" email address. Anyone with the IQ of a reptile knows what I'm talking about.

I was so pissed off I could go wreck your ass. You sell a $300 dollar service and your stupid cheap ass can't afford a $2/month private email inbox? You really gotta use a "free" service known for snitching on SEO's???

If you sell SEO services using free emails then you shouldn't be in business. If your ass can't afford a $2 monthly email service, then you shouldn't be selling SEO services. I can understand mum and pops using free emails, but it's unacceptable for SEO professionals.

You will never see my money again, ever. And everyone here should avoid buying from any BST's who use free email providers. If everyone stops buying such BST's, eventually they'll stop being stupid fucking rats.

All BST owners should purchase a cheap ass private email service that doesn't get their customers instantly penalized. You should never ever forward to or from any free email providers. How many of you will get banned before you learn? It's fucking amazing, you get nailed 10 times and still wonder why you keep wrecking your PBN's and money sites. It's because you've been using free email providers, stupid.

Before buying any BST you need to ask "what email provider do you use"? If they reply any of the most popular free emails, then do NOT buy their services.

What do you mean mate? I send all my reports in a Google doc through Gmail. When you reply back, your email forwards to my (email to wordpress) plugin that published all text and links on my blog, which then pings "all search engines" and sends a trackback to Matt Cutts blog, so I get more traffic. Nothing wrong with that! Nobody will find out!

That's a whole lot of frustration for us bartosimpsonio Aren't they? My first impression on BHW Marketplace itself is quite hideous as I checked out a discrete service before registering on the forum, I got the report in freaking Google Docs! We invest thousands of dollars on money sites and another couple hundred on top of it for the services just to get it penalized/deindexed. Can't believe all it takes to start a service here is just a free wufoo form and a free email address.
 
I do get your point but I do use a hotmail for most of my stuff. I have [email protected] type of email at my website but I have had my hotmail account for almost 16 years now so I use it for most of my stuff.

I don't have a BST thread, but I use 3 different emails depending on the purpose.


  • If I'm editing someone's photos I use Gmail
  • If I'm sending reports to someone, I use Outlook (I also use Outlook to filter out untrustworthy potential clients/spammers/email list builders so they don't have my main email address).
  • If I'm responding to a client on my website, I use my [email protected] email.

I really need to start using my [email protected] email address more, although I found some people (usually clients who want me to edit their photos) to trust gmail over my [email protected] email address, so that's why I use it. If I ever post a BST on this forum, I'll be sure to remember what OP said about using an email service provider that isn't popular and free.

I have to agree with this one. I use gmail for a lot of things related to non seo, like site building and helping others out, but I cringe when someone sends me a link report on google docs.

Are you serious?

You just lost a customer.

Google has all the info on me they need, and I do not need you giving them more.

If you cant afford a domain name and a mediafire account, I can't afford to do business with you.
 
Like I mentioned in a similar thread previously, the sellers simply dont care. They will not worry about google deindexed their PBNs, they just here to make quick money and dont care whether you rank or not.

Why not make it a MUST for BST sellers that in order to list a service here, they need to have their own email rather than using free email.
 
I can't stand google docs in the first place and I never order again if someone sends me a report through google docs.
As for an email... if you're serious about your business than you get a proper email address.

but hey... I don't get facebook but now there're plenty of adverts on TV where big brands finish ads with something like "find us on facebook".
 
I always use private email for all kind of seo work. Sending reports through gmail is like asking "Please Google f*ck me"
 
In addition to being safer, a custom/private mail is much more professional. Every day I see a lot of amateur sellers in BST
 
Thank god, i'm using private email address to interact with my clients :)

Also, why goggle needs to dig goggle mail or goggle docs to catch the PBN's when their search spider crawls all PBN sites :confused:

How about BST sellers actually have to rank for a term using their service alone!

I think instead of a mod approving the service, a genuine case study should be published with the BST showing what results were achieved.

For those who can't afford $ 2 / month on email service please consider signing up with zoho to get free custom domain emails.

I just can't believe that service providers are still using gmail to send reports.

Come on guys be more professional and get a custom domain email address. There are free options available if you care to search a bit.

As good as it sounds, It CAN be manipulated just while getting the thread approved by shoving up some extra juicy links.

If the Mod has full disclosure of the links and services that will be used before any links are pushed then in theory they could check for that sort of thing.
 
Haha word OP! Been saying this since way back when all the genius sellers here where using Gmail AND Google Docs to deliver reports... Like I mean c'mon dudes use your brains lol
