Somebody give me tools to start Black Hat SEO, I have been signed up to this forum for 2 months, I have not made a penny. I hear black hat seo is a quick return on your investment.

Black Hat Tools aren't much good on their own these days. Have a look at RankerX & GSA Search Engine Ranker. In my opinion those two are the only two automated SEO tools with a little bit of value in this day and age.
 
You know what's quick return on your investment? Putting everything on "red". If you have no prior experience with SEO at all and expect to make money fast, then I can assure you, you won't make anything at all. Not to mention, SEO needs some very decent starting budget if you want to rank as soon as possible as well.

You heard it wrong. Read the Money Making Section on BHW again.
 
It's not just the tools, but also knowledge. Try reading threads on blackhat again.
