Brute Marketing MNS Journal study

Even though I get Zero to One visitors per day I added AdSeNsE. This is just to test how much it has changed and if it effects Serp results.

I did notice a couple differences in adsense which could effect income greatly. Instead of the very old style with links that made it look like links to your site it now no matter what size you use seems to be one gigantic text advert (if you chose text) which might as well be an image. That is going to be a huge impact and makes me wonder if adsense is going to be worth it at all.

I am actually very happy I decided to experiment with this now instead of being disappointed later.

I am really thinking native ads may be better than adsense at this point as they have built in clickbait. I have to get enough traffic to test. I know that native ads are more stringent website policy however very low chance of being banned due to traffic and little to no impact on your serp rankings. You can run huge arbitrage campaigns and as long as the people convert they have no qualms about the traffic. Adsense on the other hand will hang you out to dry if you tried the same scenario.

and once more, I am glad that you are three steps ahead of me but for some reason eerily on the same page.LOL

I have not gotten my sites back from @luhasr yet but I have been writing, setting up social medias and looking into monetizing.
While I read quite a few online articles saying that the downside of adsense is that it can potentially canibalize your sales and send your guests to a competitor, from my own experience as a reader, I see its downside is the lack of targetting and irrelevancy.

For example, yesterday I went on the blog of a lady who rescues horses and her site displayed an ad for QFC. I clicked on it because I always do that when I read something good since I know that's how bloggers make their money but it had me wondering: what did QFC had to do with horses?
You would think that they would target their audience better and you would expect to see an ad for riding pants or jeans or at least related to country living on a blog about equines.

Those kind of irrelevant ads probably work well for people who run those annoying click bait sites but for quality sites such as hers (or the one you are setting up ), I don't see how you would get great monetization from adsense especially since most people won't go out of their way to consciously click on any ad as a "thank you" for a nice post.

I did test the ad but tbh the ads where not appealing. I normally wait at least till there is 25 visitors a day before putting on adsense I just kind of jumped the gun. However they where very relevant to the content. It was the same results that where basically in the search engine for my keywords. Top 3 results as I had three ad spaces and all three where in the top 3 results in google. It again proves my point about companies buying the top serp positions. Bad SEO - Keyword Spaming - Bad off site SEO practices looking like someone hit those sites with xrummer scrapebox. Horrible keyword density on the offsite. Like 80 percent of the links are keyword. 20 percent brand. That is not natural at all. Yet Wow guess what they get first slot positions.

Forgive me I am salty and hating.

I

Forgive me I am salty and hating.
Nothing wrong with being salty and "hating" as long as you use it as a catalyst for your work and don't let it consume you. Personally, I think that the pressure to be "nice" and "civilized" and repress any "negative" emotions is not healthy. I live on the West Coast where people will smile at you yet stab you in the back but I used to live in NY and I do miss the big apple. I'll take some honest in your face interaction any day over some passive aggressive bs LOL
You are angry, you are hungry, go for it.

I have been working with homeless people for the past decade as a worker in a homeless shelter, as a community organizer and as an advocate. Sometimes, I get so angry that I could choke but I use it as a motivation to keep on fighting for what I believe is right.

We all know that the system is crooked and that the big boys cheat, lie and steal but this does not mean that we cannot make ourselves a nice little corner in the sun. It just means that as people of limited financial means, we've got to be persistent and creative. You have plenty of spunk and knowledge and I truly believe that you'll make it. Never give up!

The place where I manage at the hotel has 6 mentally challenged people who stay here. They are in a program to help them get them back on track. While they are not homeless without this program they would be because they lack the skills to survive. I have took a couple under my wing and helped them move up the ladders. One got an apartment another a job. Young kids too. It is NOT required I do that yet why shouldn't I? The young kid I helped get a job was an alcoholic when I first started working with him so I took him around late at night after I got off of work and showed him the bums and how he was going to end up. Scared STRAIGHT. Yet I have tried a few and no go not ready to change and happy to mooch off the system. So I do know your frustrations. I have another one lined up and he is a mess and my first goal is to get him to keep his room clean. His room is like serial killer scary.

I have said it before and I will say it again I am a fighter this is gonna work even if just enough for me to get a little more cash in my pocket. I am not scared to wash rinse repeat if it keeps failing long as it draws a profit.

Determination and consistency is everything. You've got at least 1 visitor a day while some are sinking above 300 position in Google.

I would recommend only one thing: try focusing on content and since you plan to go in the multiple microniche sites, use that as a way to find gems and untapped markets. In a second step, focus your efforts in working these well performing niches in order to get where you want to be faster.

Google is looking for the best results to show to its audience, if you can somehow create content that goes one step above the best content you have found on page 1 (think skyscrapper), if that content can get some shares / comments, it can rank even faster and it will go much further than you would expect from rushed rewritten type of content.

More than 3million blog posts are created every single day, how can you differenciate yourself?

I have been avoiding this one. This is HORRID. DAY ONE BRO. Heck my stats on Day one was better.wahwahwah.jpg

This is the REALITY of the situation. I have not changed anything. Content still rolling out it is just the fact that the honeymoon is over.FOOOOX.jpg

Here is the thing. I am upset and a little disappointed. In myself not in Google. I was naive to think even good content would rank on it's own. Fact is that is not the reality of the situation. Google needs others to vote that the site is worthy of a good placement on it's page. Not to fear I am about to remedy this situation as cost effective and efficiently as possible. This old Brute has some tricks up his sleeve. IT does involve OMG guess what MORE WRITING. However the good part is grammar will not be an issue. As long as it flows it is all that matters. *Puts on gloves and Yells "ALI BOOM AYE!"

On a personal level I am making better choices not no New Years crap. I am just making better choices with my food decisions. I budget 40.00 a week for food. I normally buy TV dinners. Quick and easy. Unhealthy processed foods is my normal go to.

Today I went and YES I did spend 46.00 on Groceries yet I made good choices. Let me break down good food choices for you. First priority when making Good food choices is Protein. When on a budget this protein is normally Chicken. Chicken is your cheapest protein you can buy in most countries. Your next choice on a budget is potatoes. While you may not survive well on meat and potatoes you will survive on meat and potatoes and a far better off than processed foods. So after meat and potatoes was taken care of my next priority was other forms of protein. Peanut butter - Whole wheat bread - Tuna -. I also got a very very big thing of quick oats for oatmeal in the morning. I still had money left over so I figured out how to actually complete my meal for a balanced diet. I got some fruit - bananas to be exact as bananas are cheap. Bananas and peanut butter go GREAT together. So from that I need a calcium product which also acted as another source of protein which was cottage cheese - Low fat. (TBH not a fan of cottage cheese but in the interest in making better choices. I can however eat it without qualms just not my favorite.) I then got some microwave steam vegetables. (Enough for a half a cup per day). Later on someone brought in some red bell peppers. Which I grabbed up to make a hobo dinner. (A hobo dinner is protein in this case chicken - potato - and whatever other vegetable you can find normally bell peppers and onions. A little olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

How is the above related? Good choices carry on to all aspects of your life. You get in the habit of making good choices. It stems to reason this will carry on to your professional and personal parts of your life. Good healthy eating habits. Good work values. Some light exercise. Look you do not have to be a body builder just take 30 minutes out of your day to go for a walk. It will carry on over.

Okay so looking at the big corp I am complaining about I had some take aways. My site structure was all wrong. I got careless and sloppy. My articles where built for google and I did not follow my own structure.

So I trashed everything but my homepage article and did this (I know that sounds harsh but follow me)
I created kept my main article
Within the same niche I created 4 related to my niche type of products. Like say if my site was toothbrush one of the categories would be Floss is the best way to explain it. While it is not directly a toothbrush it is highly relevant because it is needed for good oral higene. I created another category that was entitled using the example given it would be called oral hygiene product reviews. My cats look like this mysitedotcom/floss I removed the default cat in between. I created a conflicting page for each of the cats. so I have one page for flosswhich will be an overall for the floss category a cornerstone page. My reviews will go mysitedotcom/reviews/brand/product This way I will get in more keywords and I can have more pages and more content.

My plan is something like this

mysitedotcom/toothbrush/care for example
mysitedotcom/toothbrush/cleaning
mysitedotcom/toothbrush/technique

Bad examples and go down five in a row just like that.

Reviews will be the only one that will have more and those will be a ton ton ton of reviews. Every blessed product I can find in the niche on amazon will be reviewed. Something is bound to give on that one lol. There is near 20k different products in this niche on Amazon there is 51 brands. PLENTY of products to review.

BTW no no my product is not oral hygiene.

I just needed some fresh look at this seeing me fall out of the serps really opened my eyes that I need to do better and work even harder.

Alright gonna do this shit super fast. Article template and speech to text. The lay out is done. All in all meat articles I have outlined 25 on my site in silo type style. I am gonna buff up my main article.

Speech to text using google. I know this is a cracky hacked up way to do this yet this is how I am handling it.
Using gmail I am emailing myself and using google voice. From the email (yes I know I can post via email but I am not using post but pages) I can copy paste on my laptop. I am not using my laptop mic because it is horrid because I have a crap laptop. Yet this method is 100 percent free and easy to use. If I was using my blog and posting I could just post from email. Only thing that would be left to do is clean it up some and make it look better. Add some photos. Yada Yada Yada. Bing Bang Boom done.

Update. Redid EVERYTHING. Put in the Silo. Writing new content. I moved my homepage article to a more suited domain.com/keyword then linked a couple mentions of the keyword to the main page. The new article I put up was done pretty fast. 90 percent was hunting down photos to demonstrate types of said product. This new article was again put on a domain.com/keyword page. I linked the keyword to the main home page. So now have two pages with two different keywords linking to the homepage.

Good news right after this I checked the serps and lo and behold my rankings have again returned.

First day of income from my blog.
.11 LOL
Yes my blog made a WHOLE .11 and guess what that was only off of 5 page views.. No clicks just page views. I am guessing that 50 views should be 1.10? Anyway it does not matter. I made .11! I am happy it is 11 cents more than zero. I did not even plan on making anything off of the blog at all till around Marchish. So to me I am ahead of the game.

Payday going to bank tomorrow to put money in it to buy my SECRET weapon. I of course wrote MOAR today omg. I hate writing. Did I ever say that? Anyways my secret weapon will solve a lot of my problems FOE shizzle. Just over time and slow slow slow slow. No quick solution and this secret weapon requires guess what.... MOAR WRITING. Write write write write.

Alrighty! Got my tool. A great waste of 40.00. A crappy designed Ubot with limited to no functionality that does not do everything in which it was suppose to do. The missing functions are of course costing a 40.00 more. Getting the data I need is proving to be dang near night impossible.

Switched over to a tool I used a time ago by a bh member here. I am of course using it outside it's intended purpose as the purpose was meant to spam comments but actually found a guide that actually made the program I purchased for 40.00 and all the extras they wanted to charge for absolutely obsolete. Thanks Scrapebox after all these years (I bought it back in 2009) You STILL prove useful and relevant.
