Almost all browsers have the option to set a proxy. Edge & a few others uses the proxy (if any) as set in Internet Options (in Windows) and some other browsers have an option to set the proxy in the network settings within the browsers.

Any particular reason to avoid those browsers? Asking because if it's fingerprinting you're worried about, you can consider using proxies along with anti-detect browsers like AdsPower, these use chromium and FireFox based browsers though.
