Browser without supporting HTML 5

Hi guys, i need browser which not support HTML 5. In google i couldn*t find something.
Maybe somebody know how to instal this browser to Windows 10. I can*t do this. Pls help me.

You can try old firefox portable versions: https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Mozilla Firefox, Portable Ed./

Thx, i will try, need this brouser for working in facebook)ads) maybe there working with facebook ads and know what i want to do)
