Is there by chance a list of footprints for networks, I would like to build a scraper
that will detect what nets are installed being tracked via tracking what js is
in html etc.. Would this kinda thing be possible or valuable to have?

My idea behind it would be to run through a lot of sites to find sites that have traffic
but aren't utilizing any nets, so I can hit them up directly to see if they would install
my own retargetting pixel etc..
