Browser fingerprinting

If I have a laptop and I make an account on a website, and I want to make a second account but don't want the website to know it's the same device, what do I need to change about the laptop so it doesn't look like the same device? would reinstalling the operating system make it look like a different device, or it gives the same fingerprints it had before? I don't want to download any antidetect browsers because I don't trust that they are not spying on me and stealing my information.
