Browser-Based Game (PayPal Replacement)

I was wondering if anyone off the top of their head knows a payment program like paypal that allows anonymous transfers of cash and allows gaming/games. PayPal is killing me with their Terms. This game is not gambling, it's simply for upgrades in an MMO. It has to be anonymous because I am allowing transfers of cash between players, and I like to protect my users.

why don't you use alert pay, moneybooker?
they are good too. but they don't have all the countries like PayPal. that's the only problem.
