Browser Based Follower

Im building an account manually and therefore am following manually as well. Twitter makes this annoying by dumping all the people you are already following from that account at the top of their follower list.

So since im following 1000 people from their followers list I have to sift through 1000 names before I can get to new users to follow.

Does anyone know of a free twitter app that allows you to follow users from an account and will sort the list so people you arent following will be at the top?
