Is there a tool that allows you to browse in different browser tabs with different IP address? I know chrome runs different instances for each tab. Is it possible to change the browsing IP for each tab?

try HOLA plugins with google chrome. search it on chrome store.

If I need to do this, I just use proxies in different browsers. Would be cool to do it in different tabs though.

You can set up profiles in Google Chrome (e.g. "person 1", "person 2") and then use the SwitchyOmega Chrome extension to set up proxy profiles for each. The only downside to this is that it doesn't work in a tabbed configuration, so you'll have to switch windows rather than tabs.
