Broken Layout on 4K screen

Hey,

I've have an issue on my new 4k screens, does anyone else have this, and if so what is the solution to the problem?

I see this:


Broken images on banners, which are far bigger than they display (proportionally) on standard resolution

Notice how there is no create thread button? The two banner under the menu move the create thread button down under the list of threads displayed on the page. It's available for just a few seconds when I load the page before it's pushed down, I can see it move.

The side banner also shows as this which is most annoying as it goes over content and makes some buttons/links unclickable



I can also scroll left to right as the broken images have broken the layout



I've cleared cache, cookies, dns flush and still I have this issue. I have also tried my old monitors and I don't have this issue (everything displays as it normally does) with no changes on my system.

I'm using the latest windows and the latest Google chrome.

I don't know 100% if it's BHW or me which is the problem, but I've done everything I can think of from my end but I am still having problems, if any help could be offered I would be a very happy man.

I don't have a 4k monitor, but I have a 4k TV.

When I visited BHW on it, I didn't see any issues.

Have you tried using a different browser?

Hello and thank you for the response!!!

I have tried another browser but the issue is still the same.

I will try and find a solution, no other website is effected by my upgrade only BHW

what size is the monitor, and does it still happen when you minimize the window to a size like 1024x768 ?
Perhaps you could post the model, so we know not to buy it

Try out Panther's suggestion or lower your screen resolution and and let me know if it fixes the problem.

I'll try to look into this more in the meantime.

1080p res fixed things which is a work around, thank you mod!

For now I have installed adblock to remove the broken adverts from the screen.

A perfectly valid reason to use Adblock, if you ask me.

Something else you can try is switching back to 4k and zooming in and out on your browser.
