What happens with private elite proxies used for scraping after they get banned?

I need proxies for something different than SEO/scraping and I wondered if there's a way to buy these 'broken' proxies at a discount?

The proxies are never 'broken'. They are banned for scraping in search engine. Then you allow some time to cool them and then you can scrape again with them. You are just looking for normal proxies here, I guess.

basically scraping faster and in short period of time will make any IP get blocked by Serach engines speiccally.

So it's better to use alot of Private Proxies with good amount of delays and threading.

OR

use public Ips that are free to burn just get Google passed ones

If you want stable and better scraping on continue scale and not want to change and add ips go with Private proxies but first let your need discuss with proxy provider to get best out.
